Spanish Screenings On Tour

Talent and Future

The first edition of Spanish Screenings On Tour arrives at Ventana Sur! One of the pillars of Spanish Screenings XXL, the program promoted by the Ministry of Culture and Sports and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation of the Spanish State, lands in Argentina with the aim of promoting the Spanish audiovisual industry and fostering the exchange and generation of new interaction and business links.

The Spanish presence in the most important audiovisual content market in Latin America, organized by the National Institute of Cinema and Audiovisual Arts (INCAA) and Marché du Film – Cannes Film Festival, will be increased by the arrival of a large delegation of professionals, along with a large number of high quality projects that will participate in various sections of the market.

Among the selected audiovisual projects in development are feature films, fiction series, animation, fantastic or horror films. Also participating in the Punto Género section will be feature-length fiction projects in development directed by women and non-binary people.

With the objective of generating new opportunities for the Spanish audiovisual industry, the On Tour edition of Spanish Screenings at Ventana Sur will include the organization of a wide variety of activities such as networking meetings with key agents of the international industry, a specific event for the dynamization of remakes of Spanish films, market screenings, case studies and other promotional activities in various formats.
